about your massage treatments with holistic tanya
Prior to the initial treatment there will be a brief consultation, which will endeavour to gain some past and current health information. In some cases, GP permission may need to be sought prior to the commencement of treatment (i.e. for a number of dis-eases such as epilepsy, cancer and heart disease). Please discuss this with me prior to our meeting if you have any concerns as to the suitability of treatment.
After receiving treatment it is important for you to drink approximately two litres of water per day over at least the next two to three days afterwards, which will ease any uncomfortable side-effects associated with the removal of waste and toxins in the body.
